The Best High Quality Human-Grade and Natural Grass-Fed Lamb Dog Food

Our grass-fed lamb is selected from quality assured UK farmers we know and trust. All our lamb-based dog food recipes are 100% natural and human-grade. We choose grass-fed lamb because it is naturally lower in fat, it is more nutrient dense and more digestible for dogs.  It is packed full of valuable biologically appropriate meat, which mirror the ancestral diets of dogs.

Grass-fed lamb has a lot more heme iron than other protein sources, which means it is an excellent choice when considering, for example, energy production and brain function. It also contains the vitamins B2, B3, B6 and B12 which are essential for proper nervous function in dogs.  Additionally, lamb naturally contains lots of zinc which is good for the immune system and even Omega 3 fatty acids, which are essential for healthy skin and coat.

Optimal Nutrient Bioavailability

We slow-cook our grass-fed lamb at a gentle 82C, to retain the freshness and to protect the protein and all its nutrients. By cooking at these temperatures this allows the proteins to stay intact, so they can all be bioavailable to your dog, meaning it becomes highly digestible and your pet will produce less waste! If subjected to extremely high cooking temperatures, as often done by other manufacturers, this will denature the protein and reduce its bioavailability.
